Mr. Prechtl is a detail oriented engineer with expertise in real estate acquisition, construction, project management and site/facility development. He is a fully licensed and bonded New Castle County home builder. He has an MBA in real estate and urban land studies and holds a Delaware real estate license. Mr. Prechtl excels in project execution, design, layout, and operations improvement. He has sales and marketing experience with existing and new homes.

Selected Achievments

  • Re-developed a historic building site in Delaware City, DE. Demolished and re-constructed the building to match the original building facade while providing new/updated commercial and residential space.

  • Project manager on $1MM to $10MM development and engineering projects.

  • Planned schedules, tracked costs, and involved specialist contractors and engineers to achieve the project objectives while maintaining budgets and schedules.

  • Developed and negotiated $1 million agreements of sale for the acquisition of land required for single family home communities and affordable housing communities.

  • Managed the construction, sales and marketing of home sites from $200,000 to $450,000.
